I've tried myfitnesspal.com but haven't had any luck for sticking with it. The food database is great, unless you cook things yourself. I normally start out logging in the morning, but then never go back to it at the end of the day. The exercise database has a lot in it too, but leans more toward the cardio, that I've found. Unless, it could just be that I don't know exactly what they called the strength exercises (although tricep curl is pretty normal, isn't it?). Anything that works though, is a good thing. I'm still looking for that, myself. Good luck!

Meh, I don't think you suck at the whole blogging thing. The way I see a blog is that you can update whenever you want, it's like a diary that you type in. With a diary, I never wrote every single day, sometimes I took weeks off until I found something interesting to write about, LOL. Oh well!

I hear that whole My Fitness Pal thing is great for losing weight, but I never really count my actual calories - it's too much work for me to keep up with. I'd rather eat something healthy or just portion my food out. I'm down to one plate or bowl of food with water or juice as my drink of choice. So far, it's worked. I hope your MFP works for you though - a bunch of my friends are using it and it's worked for them - one of my friends told me she's lost 13 lbs on it so far and she just started a few months ago!

But yeah, best of luck, girlie! You've got this if you put your mind to it! <3

I actually never read The Secret, my grandmother did though and she seriously lived by it and swore by it for years after she read it. She still kind of does, too, haha. But I do believe it holds truth to your life if you believe in that sort of thing. I don't know much about it, really, but I do know that it's helped a few people after they've read it to. I might have to look into it sometime!
